Before we develop any parts we conduct an analysis which contains a full in depth design, test and all the related specifications review versus the OEM. Grease: Grease is applied to all TEBO Steering & Suspension parts and it is a high specification grease to ensure that it increases the life & durability of the joint within a product. || Fatigue & Life cycle testing: All TEBO product is tested in order to ensure all the Steering & Suspension product performs in line with the equivalent of OEM parts. We make sure that it is excess of 1 million cycle and test the part to destruction. || Climate Chamber testing: All the TEBO product is tested in order to ensure parts perform under the most extreme road and weather conditions. Test includes -40 /+120 degrees of Celsius, Ozone aging, salt spray, high humidity & durability. This simulates such a weather & road conditions to make sure that dust booth performs as required and do NOT let in any ingress. || Cataphoresis plating: Most of the TEBO product is cataphoresis plated. This is an electro static coating process used in many different product types and also Steering & Suspension parts. It increases the anti-corrosive properties of the product providing an optimal anti corrosion guarantee for 10 years. This important plating process protects the parts against water ingress, salt, dirt, and other elements from road surfaces and in turn increases the strength and longevity of the product.
